Is there a minimum contract or setup fee?+
No. Taykus has no minimum contract and no setup fee: you pay your plan each month and that's it.
I already use another platform. Can I switch?+
Yes. We've migrated more than 200 clubs from other platforms. In the demo we review your case and which data you can bring.
Does appearing in the marketplace mean giving up my data?+
No. Your club has its own branded website and the players who book stay in your database. The marketplace is an extra channel to be discovered, not a substitute for your brand.
Will my players have an app?+
Yes. Your players can book from the Taykus marketplace app (iOS and Android): they find partners, create private matches and can split the payment. On the Premium and Platinum plans you can also have your own branded app, for a one-off payment of €500.
Do prices include VAT?+
No, VAT is added to the plan price. Online payment commissions are quoted depending on your country and payment gateway.
